As a Manager, Medical Affairs & Education (APAC), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage the medical education team and budget to deliver regional educational objectives across APAC.
- Design and execute a comprehensive, tiered HCP education program spanning courses, labs, symposia, grants, and lectures.
- Oversee surgeon relationships, including training on surgical techniques and products, site visits, and collaborative projects.
- Develop and deliver internal training programs to build employee knowledge across anatomy, products, and clinical procedures.
- Engage hospital leadership to integrate medical education into institutional curricula and coordinate regional lab requests.
- Manage all logistical arrangements for HCP travel, accommodation, and hospitality in compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Plan and execute national and regional cadaveric workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Create and maintain educational resources across multiple formats, including digital and online content, for surgeons, distributors, and sales teams.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting process improvement and maintaining departmental SOPs.
- Lead the Surgical Observership Program, building partnerships with centers of reference to advance surgeon development and technique across APAC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical related discipline
- Minimum 7-8 years in orthopedic surgery and instruction with supervisory/management experience
