AFG's partnership with the AFC covers the commercial rights for all major AFC National Team and Club competitions, including the AFC Asian Cup, AFC Asian Qualifiers, AFC Women's Asian Cup, AFC Women's Olympic Qualifiers, AFC Champions League Elite, AFC Women's Champions League, and AFC Champions League Two as well as AFC youth and futsal competitions.

The RoleThis position will oversee all aspects of support for the Media Sales team in their sales activities. He or she will act as the central operational point for all media sales processes, ensuring deals progress smoothly through internal approval, contracting and AFC sign-off stages by maintaining clear trackers, timelines and process discipline. The role also demands communication responsibilities with the AFC Commercial team on various aspects of the sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Sales SupportHelp to draft media deal recommendation documents in a professional, accurate and timely manner, ensuring alignment with the Media Commercial Concept, rights frameworks and approval requirements.Provide end-to-end support on contracting and agreement negotiations, including coordination with the Legal department as well as manage the handover of executed agreements to Finance and Media Account Management teams for billing, reporting and ongoing delivery.Own the management and upkeep of media sales documentation, including deal trackers, fee overview files, contract repositories and approval records.Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings related to media sales processes, including deal reviews, legal discussions, AFC approvals and partner negotiations, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.Build and maintain strong working relationships with Media Sales and Legal teams, becoming a trusted source of information on media processes, rights structures and deal status.Support the Media Sales team by helping to research topics that are needed to prepare Sales Plans, Market Overviews, Media Commercial Concept, Media Debrief etc., and work alongside AFG's Business Intelligence departmentSupport Media Sales in preparing sales presentations and other materials.AFC Liaison and Deal ProcessingServe as a point of contact for the AFC Commercial team on all media-related processes, queries and requests, facilitating clear communication and efficient issue resolution.Coordinate the preparation, review and circulation of deal materials between internal teams and the AFC to support timely approvals and contract execution.
