Manager, Marketing (LEXUS)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Manager, Marketing to drive Lexus's presence and customer engagement. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong expertise in digital activation, on ground activities, online selling readiness and new car launch campaign planning.

This role offers the opportunity to shape Lexus's presence, footprint and engage customers with innovative campaigns that reflect our commitment to excellence and luxury.

What You'll be doing:

• Development of Lexus marketing strategy & communication plans.
• Understand and identification of specific target customers for each of our vehicle models.
• Development and execution of differentiated and top-notch guest experience plan.
• Development and execution of Lexus digital communication plan.
• Management of Lexus inventories and marketing tools including marketing vehicles.
• Translating Lexus global marketing strategy to local marketing communication and activation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Prior experience with on ground, digital and campaign planning activations.
• Professional level of spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking
• Resourcefulness – Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• At least 8 years of proven marketing experience (prior experience with luxury brands are a plus).
• Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
