  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present campaign plans, performance updates, and post-event analysis to senior management.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and market feedback.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of hands-on experience executing successful campaigns for large-scale events.
  • Email and Social Media Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in both email marketing and social media strategy, with a proven ability to drive engagement and ROI through these channels.
  • CMS and CRM Proficiency: Comfortable working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage content, track campaigns, and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellence and Ownership: Meticulous attention to detail with high standards for quality. Takes full accountability for outcomes and proactively drives solutions.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. Curious and proactive about leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Strategic Thinker and Storyteller: Evaluates complex situations, solves problems creatively, and crafts compelling narratives that engage target audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working within cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, operations, and content, to align marketing efforts with event objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
