About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

We are looking for a Manager Marketing Engagement & Campaigns to lead client engagement and integrated campaign delivery across physical, hybrid and digital touchpoint

s.Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Communications, this role will lead engagement and campaign delivery across events, launch activations, client touchpoints and collateral, working closely with the wider marcom team to ensure coordinated delivery across channel

s.This is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone who can set direction, manage stakeholders confidently and drive delivery with strong execution discipline. You will own budgets, vendors, timelines and senior-level coordination, while working within a lean marcom team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement and Campaign Leaders

2. Events and Experiential Marketing

  • on.Ensure every event touchpoint reflects the company's brand messaging, positioning and client experience standards.

3. Marketing Materials and Collateral

  • Oversee the development of client-ready pitch decks, brochures, event materials, invitations, presentation assets and sales enablement collateral.
  • Ensure messaging, visuals and materials are consistent, polished and aligned with brand and compliance requirements. Work with internal stakeholders to simplify complex product, platform and business messages into clear client-facing materials.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control across campaign and engagement assets before they are shared with clients, partners or senior stakeholders.

4. Growth, Measurement and Accountability

  • Design engagement plans that support lead generation, pipeline development, client education and qualified opportunities.
  • Track and report performance across events and engagement activities, including attendance, lead quality, stakeholder feedback, follow-up actions and pipeline contribution where measurable.
  • Partner with Sales, BD and Product teams to align on target audiences, key messages, engagement objectives and follow-up plans.Identify opportunities to improve engagement effectiveness, operational efficiency and campaign impact.

5. Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations and leadership teams.
  • Manage executive-level engagement requirements, including briefing materials, event preparation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Own relationships with agencies, event partners, venues, production vendors and other external partners, including selection, commercials, delivery quality and performance review.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a senior, client-ready standard.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, events, client engagement, launch activation, integrated campaigns or marketing communications, with exposure to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to plan and deliver engagement initiatives, events or launch activations from strategy through execution and post-activity review.
  • Strong project management capability, with experience handling multiple workstreams, timelines, vendors and stakeholders at the same time. Hands-on operator who is comfortable working within a lean, close-knit team and taking ownership of delivery.
  • Strong writing, messaging and presentation-material judgement, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear client-facing materials.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as fintech, payments, financial services or capital markets preferred; Web3 or digital assets exposure is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with executives, institutional clients, partners, media and compliance-led processes. Commercially aware, detail-oriented and able to connect engagement activity with business outcomes. Able to set direction, drive delivery and stay hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
