Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Executives on day-to-day operations, maintenance, repair works, etc
- Ensure achievement of Contract's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults within stipulated timeframe
- Ensure subcontractors performance meet the required service standard
- Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs
- Review quotations and reports submitted by subcontractors (if required)
- Monitor of inventories stock for critical installations
- Attend monthly meeting or when required
- Update and regularly submit faults status report and ensure faults are rectified and closed within the stipulated timeframe
- Responsible and accountable for all maintenance related works within the facility
- Any other ad-hoc FM related duties / shift works
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Building Services, or relevant field.
- Experience in IFM related field
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in critical environments is an added advantage
