Job Description

Manager, Learning and Development, Corporate Planning & Development (1-year contract)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist in the delivery and coordination of learning programmes, leadership development initiatives, and career development activities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Support in coordinating and administering learning programmes, including scheduling sessions, managing participant registrations, and liaising with facilitators and vendors. Assist in the planning and execution of leadership development initiatives such as workshops, coaching sessions, and development programmes for officers at various levels.
A key aspect of this role involves supporting the development and implementation of the functional competency frameworks across various job families, including liaising with subject matter experts to identify role-specific competencies, documenting competency definitions, and proficiency levels.
Support the administration of 360-degree feedback processes, including coordinating feedback cycles, managing the distribution and collection of feedback surveys, liaising with participants and raters, compiling feedback reports, and supporting debrief sessions.

The role involves supporting career development activities, including career conversations, mentorin programmes. Administrative duties include maintaining learning management systems, tracking participation and completion rates, preparing reports and presentations, and managing programme materials andresources.
The candidate will also provide logistical support for learning events, handle queries from participants, and assist in evaluating programme effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.

Requirements
Possess a degree in human resources, organisational development, psychology, or a related field.

Strong organisational and coordination skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The candidate must demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive feedback and assessment data. Strong analytical and research skills are required to support competency framework development, along with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required, and familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools, competency frameworks, or learning management systems would be advantageous.

Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in learning and development, talent management, competency development, or event coordination would be beneficial.

Working schedule: Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am - 6.00 pm Fridays : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
