This role oversees the full operations and growth of a training academy. You'll lead branding, marketing, programme development and partnerships to expand the academy's reach and ensure its long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the academy.
- Lead branding, marketing, positioning and develop all marketing collaterals.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance and ensure financial viability.
- Work with course providers on pricing, costing and programme planning.
- Analyse market trends and client needs to support development of new programmes.
- Build networks and partnerships to secure funding and business opportunities.
- Grow and maintain relationships with institutions, clients, volunteers and partners.
- Implement systems for client management, feedback and service improvement.
- Present business performance and trends to management.
- Ensure timely invoicing, billing closure and proper record keeping.
- Weekend work may be required.
Requirements
- Degree in Business/Marketing or Healthcare-related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years experience, ideally in marketing, sales or training.
- Strong digital/content marketing and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable with Learning Management Systems and data analytics.
- Organised, analytical, resourceful and able to work both independently and in teams.
