As part of the Regional HR team, you will play a key role in shaping the future leadership and workforce capabilities across the PSA Middle East, South Asia, Africa and Turkiye (MESAAT) Region. This role provides the opportunity to drive impactful talent, leadership development, learning, and mobility initiatives across a diverse and dynamic regional landscape.
You will support the full spectrum of talent management initiatives, including leadership pipeline development, succession planning, cross-border talent mobility, and regional development programs aimed at building a future-ready workforce and supporting long-term business growth.
The role will also champion a strong culture of continuous learning by driving the adoption of PSA University learning initiatives and competency-based development frameworks across the MESAAT Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Drive and support regional talent management and succession planning initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines and build a future-ready workforce across the MESAAT Region.
- Facilitate Talent Council discussions and provide talent insights, succession analysis, and leadership pipeline updates to support strategic workforce and leadership decisions.
- Coordinate and execute key regional talent programs, including Leadership Programs, the Global Management Associate Program (GMAP), and Overseas Young Talent Pipeline initiatives aimed at accelerating leadership and capability development.
- Partner closely with BU Heads and HR teams to identify high-potential employees and support the development of tailored development plans and career pathways.
- Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and RED360 feedback processes.
- Support and coordinate mobility initiatives, including overseas postings, cross-border assignments, and short-term developmental opportunities.
Workforce Development
- Drive regional learning and capability development initiatives aligned with business and workforce capability needs.
- Support the design and implementation of competency frameworks, career pathways, and functional capability roadmaps, including HOD Competency Roadmaps for Operations, Engineering, and IT functions.
- Manage and cascade PSA University learning initiatives, in-house workshops, digital learning, and e-learning platforms.
- Partner closely with MESAAT Business Units to align vocational training materials to achieve operational excellence objectives.
- Champion a strong culture of continuous learning across the region.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify competency gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
- Facilitate engagement and communication with stakeholders across diverse cultural and operational environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of talent lifecycle management, succession planning, competency frameworks, leadership development, and workforce capability building practices.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse cultures and business settings.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented individual with strong organisational and coordination capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the MESAAT region for business trips.
