Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Talent Management Framework and Succession Planning.
  • Monitor and control annual training activities and associated costs.
  • Manage enrollment and approval processes for Talent and Leadership Development Programs.
  • Support scheduling, planning, budgeting, and communication for development programs.
  • Ensure quality assurance through feedback mechanisms and discussions.
  • Oversee training administration in the Learning Management System portal.
  • Develop analytics and reports on training participation and effectiveness.
  • Administer industrial attachment programs and further education schemes.
  • Provide expertise in Skills, Knowledge Management, and Learning Service Solutions.
  • Assist in other HR functions as assigned.

Skills required:

  • Advanced Certificate of Training & Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate of Learning and Performance (ACLP).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems, and Talent Management Framework.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resource Management.
  • Analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
