Key Responsibilities
1. Student Academic Consultation
- Advise students on suitable overseas study programs, short-term courses, language programs, study tours, and summer camps.
- Understand students academic background, interests, budget, and future study goals.
- Recommend appropriate schools, destinations, and programs based on student needs.
2. Education Travel Planning
- Prepare study tour or education travel plans, including destination, school visits, accommodation, transport, itinerary, and activities.
- Coordinate with overseas schools, education institutions, camp providers, and local partners.Ensure the program matches students age, academic level, and safety requirements.
3. Application and Documentation Support
- Assist students and parents with application forms, required documents, admission procedures, and enrollment confirmation.
- Support visa-related document preparation when required.
- Explain program fees, refund policies, insurance, and travel requirements.
4. Parent and Student Communication
- Communicate with parents about program details, academic value, travel safety, accommodation, meals, and supervision.
- Answer enquiries before, during, and after the trip.
- Provide clear guidance on preparation, packing, schedules, and travel rules.
5. Program Coordination
- Work with internal sales, operations, visa, ticketing, and tour departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate flight bookings, airport transfers, accommodation, insurance, and emergency contacts.
- Monitor students participation and learning progress during the program where applicable.
6. Student Support During Travel
- Provide support for students during overseas study tours or educational programs.
- Handle student concerns, schedule changes, emergencies, or communication with local partners.
- Report important updates to parents and company management.
7. Marketing and Sales Support
- Participate in education fairs, school briefings, parent seminars, and promotional events.
- Introduce study tour products and explain their academic benefits.
- Follow up with potential students and parents to support enrollment.
8. Administrative Duties
- Maintain student records, application documents, payment records, and communication logs.
- Prepare reports on student enrollment, program feedback, and customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback after the program and suggest improvements.
