Manager - IT (MES)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MES Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MES solutions in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role serves as the key technical and functional expert, ensuring system integration, process optimization, digital transformation, and compliance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and customization of MES systems.

• Provide technical expertise, system troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, automation, and IT systems.

• Drive manufacturing process improvements, lean initiatives, and Industry 4.0 adoption.

• Develop SOPs, documentation, and conduct end-user training.

• Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of MES implementation experience.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, automation, and IT systems.

• Expertise in MES modules, SQL, and system integration.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
