The Role
This role plays the part of a Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Tagetik plays a crucial role and is a part of the IT team in supporting the implementation of the Tagetik for financial planning and consolidation solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Key member of the IT Project Team that supports implementing the new Tagetik system replacing the existing BPC Systems.
- In-charge of the Tagetik EPM suite, which includes financial consolidation, planning, and reporting functionalities.
- Act as both functional and technical expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and system implementation.
- Manage external vendors (SI and consultants), ensuring solutioning aligns with the best industry practice.
- Collaborates with project stakeholders, facilitates workshops, supports application design, and provides hands-on product implementation.
- Participates in designing task flows and metadata structures within the Tagetik tools.
- Train teammates (experts in the BPC) with the Tagetik, sharing his/her expertise and experience.
- Supports the system post-go-live and post-hyper-care.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science or other relevant studies.
- 10 years of regional IT experiences, IT project management and implementation.
- Must have 4 years of Tagetik experience, or relevant knowledge/experiences in Data Model, Output Reporting, Data Collection, ETL Foundation and AIH Basic.
- Must have experiences in a supporting role and participated/involved in end-to-end project for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Tagetik projects.
- Must have knowledge in the functional aspects of consolidation processes and have experience working with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle of EPM, Tagetik.
- Familiarity with the SAP BPC system is beneficial.
- Open to learning and supporting other planning/ forecasting systems like Argus and MRI.
- Candidates who are certified CCH Tagetik will have added advantage.
