Purpose Of The Position

This role is ideal for a campaign project lead who wants to build stronger planning and strategy muscles while staying close to execution. You are expected to turn business objectives into clear campaign direction, and then drive delivery with confidence and consistency. You will lead integrated launches and burst campaigns across multiple accounts, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, on time, on brief, and aligned to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign and Delivery Leadership

  • Lead integrated launches and burst campaigns end to end across multiple accounts, from kick-off through wrap, ensuring alignment to objectives, KPIs, budget, and timelines.
  • Build practical campaign workplans that clarify channel roles, asset mapping, milestones, owners, and dependencies across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across account, creative, content, PR, social, paid, influencer, production, and analytics, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent momentum.
  • Own delivery governance: scope control, resourcing coordination, risk management, and escalation management, flag issues early with options and recommendations.
  • Drive clean review and approval processes to reduce revision churn, improve feedback quality, and maintain pace without compromising standards.

Client Leadership and Stakeholder Management

  • Lead day-to-day campaign leadership with clients, building trust through clarity, structure, and proactive communication.
  • Guide client decision-making by framing options, aligning stakeholders, and setting clear expectations on approvals, timelines, and what done looks like.
  • Provide integrated counsel that links business goals to campaign approach, helping clients prioritise and make trade-offs when needed.
  • Contribute to client health through dependable delivery and strong working relationships, supporting renewals and expansion opportunities.

Strategic Planning Intuition and Quality Bar

  • Develop planning fundamentals required for integrated campaigns, including problem framing, messaging architecture, and coherent channel planning that teams can execute.
  • Partner closely with internal creative teams to strengthen briefs, raise output quality, and provide clear, actionable feedback through production and reviews.
  • Step in where needed to unblock progress, whether that is refining messaging, sharpening a brief, or improving campaign narrative coherence.

Entrepreneurial Solutions & Technology

  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, quality, and clarity across planning and delivery, with appropriate checks and judgement.
  • Identify recurring workflow friction (e.g., reporting, status updates, first drafts, briefing, version control), and propose practical AI or tech-enabled improvements that reduce manual effort and rework.
  • Share lightweight templates, examples, or SOPs that help the team adopt better ways of working, without adding process for process sake.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in creative/brand marketing, digital marketing, advertising agencies, integrated communications, or marketing consulting
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns end to end, including cross-functional coordination, production workflows, and stakeholder management
  • Experience across at least 2 different marketing disciplines, roles, or environments (e.g., advertising, PR, social, media, content, integrated communications, events, branding)
  • Passion for building integrated campaigns that connect creative storytelling with performance outcomes
  • Proven experience in people management, mentoring, and coaching team members for skill development and performance improvement
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate objectives into clear plans that drive growth
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated and self-starting personality
  • Enjoys working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
