ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Manager, Integrated Communications., you will lead the development and execution of integrated communications programmes across PR, digital, social, content and influencer engagement. You will act as the day-to-day client lead, providing strategic counsel, ensuring strong delivery, and managing campaigns that are creative, effective, and commercially sound.
You will mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional teams, and uphold PRecious Communications standards of storytelling, quality, and client partnership.

Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account & Client Management
- Manage a client portfolio with a primary focus on B2C accounts, including social-led, influencer-driven, and public sector work, with secondary exposure to corporate/B2B clients .
- Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Lead and manage internal and client WIP meetings and ensure clear follow-through.
- Support account forecasting, budgeting, and profitability discussions with senior leads.
- Strategy & Integrated Campaign Delivery
- Provide strategic communications counsel across PR, digital, social, influencer and owned channels.
- Develop campaign insights, messaging frameworks, and integrated approaches that include influencer strategies where relevant.
- Present recommendations confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Support new business pitches and account renewal discussions where required.
- Content, Influencer & Storytelling Excellence
- Oversee the development of high-quality content including press materials, messaging frameworks, presentations, social and influencer content.
- Guide teams on story angles, influencer narratives, media hooks, and audience relevance.
- Review and quality-check deliverables before client submission.
- Influencer & Partner Management
- Plan and manage influencer programmes, including identification, briefing, coordination, content review, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and platform partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure influencer engagements comply with brand, regulatory, and disclosure guidelines.
- Team & Partner Management
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality and professional growth.
- Brief and coordinate third-party partners such as creatives, designers, digital vendors, influencers, and content creators.
- AI Fluency & Digital Agility
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, ideation, influencer discovery, and delivery without compromising originality, strategic thinking, or brand integrity.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Minimum 7 years of PR experience as a core discipline, with at least 3 years in integrated communications, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
- Strong experience managing B2C and social-led campaigns, including hands-on influencer or KOL programmes.
- Proven ability to manage junior team members and senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Preferred
- Currently based in Singapore, with at least 2 years experience working on the Singapore consumer and/or public sector communications landscape.
- Experience managing B2B corporate accounts
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, analytics, social listening, or reporting tools.
