Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Drive aggressive, outbound lead generation targeting Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain foundations to secure treasury investments and ecosystem grants;

2. Identify, engage, and onboard tier-1 crypto funds, institutional asset managers, centralized exchanges, and family offices into our curated RWA pipelines;

3. To allow the team to accomplish the end-to-end institutional sales cycle, you will be responsible for initial outreach and technical capability presentations in order to allow the execution of MOUs and capital deployment;

4. Develop new, creative funding channels and cross-chain partnership structures to bootstrap Total Value Locked (TVL) across our native vaults;

5. Act as a technical and commercial liaison, translating complex vault mechanics (e.g., automated rebalancing, asynchronous settlement) into compelling institutional yield opportunities;

6. Operate with high agility, adapting Go-To-Market strategies dynamically based on macro market shifts and regional regulatory developments.

Qualification:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated, professional experience in the crypto/Web3 industry, specifically in business development, capital formation, or institutional sales;

2. Technical Acumen: A deep, functional understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), modular vault infrastructure, stablecoin mechanics, and the rapidly evolving RWA tokenization landscape;

3. Institutional Polish: Proven experience navigating the institutional space, with a track record of successfully establishing high-level B2B partnerships or securing capital allocations;

4. Execution Focus: A relentless, self-starting attitude with a primary focus on closing deals and scaling AUM rather than getting bogged down in theory;

5. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering hyper-detailed, data-driven pitches to sophisticated allocators;

6. Flexibility: Agile and willing to travel internationally to meet with partners, attend key industry conferences, and host face-to-face allocator meetings;

7. Languages: Native or near-native English fluency is required. Professional proficiency in an additional language, such as Korean or Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
