We are seeking experienced staff to join our team. This role requires a self-driven professional who can manage HR processes independently while delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records in our ATS
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities with educational institutions and professional bodies
- Outreach & Employer Branding: Organise job fairs, campus events, and collaborate on recruitment campaigns to strengthen our brand
Requirements
Competency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal coaching or supervision, taking full ownership of assigned processes and outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals at all levels, regulatory bodies, and external agencies
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 24 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to HR analytics and campus outreach.
- Proficiency in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Independent, adaptable, and eager to grow in Talent Acquisition
