. 流程优化: 诊断现有供应链瓶颈,提出并实施改进方案,提升运营效率并降低不必要的成本。

. 团队管理: 领导并激励后勤团队,建立清晰的工作标准与考核机制。

. 供应商合作: 与第三方物流 (3PL) 及货运代理保持紧密沟通,确保服务质量达标并优化合作条款。

. 合规监督: 确保仓储与运输流程符合新加坡本地的法律法规及安全标准。

. 数据决策: 运用系统数据进行库存监控与运力规划,为公司决策提供支持。

【Key Responsibilities】

. Operational Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of logistics and warehousing, ensuring seamless integration from inbound to last-mile delivery.

. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement solutions to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.

. Leadership: Lead and inspire the logistics team, establishing clear workflows and performance benchmarks.

. Partner Management: Collaborate closely with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to ensure service excellence and optimize contracts.

. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Singapore's local regulations and workplace safety standards.

. Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor inventory and plan capacity using operational data to support overall business goals.
