About the role:
Pricing / Financial
- Review tender documents to highlight clients requirements and prepare cost models to support bid strategies with competitive and profitable pricing
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and vendors to propose the best-fit pricing proposal and optimize different costs to maintain the competitiveness
- Benchmark the price/ cost to provide the best commercial outcome in favor of company's directions
- Perform revenue & cost management, P&L analysis and cashflow management with different financial and pricing models
- Ensure all the costs are accurately included in the pricing template and translated into customers pricing templates
- Support Business Units and internal stakeholders with the preparation of valuations and pricing approvals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing activities
Data Analytics
- Conduct post tender analysis and pre-tender market sensing
- Develop and maintain the databank and dashboard and provide the insights and analysis on competitors benchmarking and historical bid trends
- Analyze the commercial impacts of pricing tactics and understand commercial terms & conditions
- Prepare pricing recommendations and ensure the consistency with the overall growth and pricing strategy/policy & best practice processes
- Develop tailored pricing strategies to identify the target win price for business opportunities
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Ideally 3+ years of proven professional experience in commercial pricing, financial analysis and price modelling, preferably in integrated facilities management services
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Excellent teamwork, communication and analytical skills
- Intermediate/ Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Strong business acumen and Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
