Key Responsibilities

1. Supervises production scheduling activities by monitoring materials inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules.
2. Support execution of the sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth and sourcing requirements.
3. Under direct supervision, monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
4. Under direct supervision, work with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
5. Selects, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.

• Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors

Business Expertise

• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

• Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
