Job Summary
This role oversees HRIS projects, driving system implementation, optimization, and automation while ensuring data integrity. It collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to enhance HR processes and provides leadership in HR systems support.
Key responsibilities
- Support and lead HRIS related projects including HR systems procurement, implementation and deployment of new functionalities
- Identify areas of inefficiencies in the areas of HR processes, integrations, and data loads and remediate them using technology
- Collaborate closely with HR functional teams, IT and other business stakeholders on system related process optimization and automation
- Work with vendors on opportunities to extend and optimize HR systems usage including evaluating and implementing system updates
- Support and lead the team in managing HR systems support & administration, including day-to-day issue resolution, system enhancement requests, change requests and ensure delivery of high-quality service to end users and stakeholders
- Drive data integrity within HR systems and with other integrated systems; conduct and support audit of HRIS data, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions and process improvement
- Facilitate systems training and communication; partner with relevant stakeholders to review training and change management needs in HRIS projects
- Provide guidance and support to other HRIS team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Human Resource with at least 8 years of experience in HRIS roles
- Functional experience in HRIS systems especially SuccessFactors and use of AI technologies will be advantageous
- Strong practical experience in HR processes and ability to translate business needs to system solutions
- Excellent project management, change management, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
