Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop and drive HR strategies to be in line with SANH's vision, mission & core values
  • To develop and supervise HR Planning and Organization, Learning and Development, Training and Development, staff benefits, compensation and rewards to ensure human and organisational effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain HR strategies and policies
  • Provide HR advisory support
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage compensation, benefits & rewards
  • Manage performance appraisal process
  • Develop, drive and lead a structured staff learning and development system
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff well-being
  • Maintain and enhance harmonious staff relations
  • Update policies and procedures as and when necessary
  • Generation of HR reports
  • Assist in preparing the yearly budget
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by the Executive Director
  • Manage staff dormitory matters

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Good knowledge of all core Human Resource areas
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labour law
  • People management skillS and Change management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a non-profit set-up or healthcare industry would be an advantage
