Manager, HRBP & Talent Acquisition (7-month contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programmes across assigned business units.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer administration, and onboarding arrangements.
- Support hiring managers and HR Business Partners in recruitment administration and talent acquisition activities.
- Maintain and update recruitment records, employee data, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and recruitment dashboards to support decision-making and workforce planning.
- Assist in the administration of performance management exercises, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programmes.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies, and HR procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
- Liaise with candidates and internal HR team members to facilitate recruitment and HR operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
