Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Manager, Shared Services, leads the delivery of efficient, consistent and high-quality HR operational services across the organization. This role ensures standardized HR processes, compliance with employment legislation, service excellence and continuous improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR shared services operations, including employee life cycle administration, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, changes, offboarding etc.
  • Oversee benefits administration, leave management and HR systems support.
  • Oversee salary adjustments, functional allowances and bulk payments such as Bonus, AWS and Flexible Dollars
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance of HR transactions.
  • Manage, coach and develop the HR Shared Services Team.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
  • Build a strong service-oriented and continuous improvement culture within the team.
  • Partner with HR Business partners and Centres of excellence to align service delivery.
  • Support HR transformation, digitalisation and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies and audit requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity, confidentiality and HR documentation standards.
  • Prepare HR operational reports, dashboards for Management's review.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven leadership records with minimum 10 years of HR experience, in shared services or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll and employment legislation.
  • Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in HRIS systems (SF, Kronos) and SAP will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
