Manager, HR Data & Workforce Analytics (HRD)

Job Summary

The role will support the delivery of workforceplanning & HR analytics through the effective management of HR data andreporting processes. The role will contribute to the compilation and analysisof workforce information, maintenance of HR dashboards and databases, andimplementation of HR systems and transformation initiatives. The role alsosupports governance and compliance activities by ensuring the accuracy,integrity, and proper management of HR records and data, enabling informedworkforce decisions and operational excellence.

Workforce Analytics

• Support workforce planning exercises through the compilation, analysis and reporting of workforce data and trends.
• Maintain workforce statistics, management reports and dashboards to support organisational and manpower planning
• Assist in establishment-related data collation and analysis.
• Maintain project trackers and documentation for workforce transformation initiatives.

HR Data & Dashboard Support

• Maintain HR databases and datasets used for HR reporting and workforce planning.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and preparation for dashboards maintenance or updates.
• Respond to workforce analytics and reporting requests from HRD, management and stakeholders.

HR Systems Implementation

• Support Workday Deployment 2 data preparation and validation activities where required.
• Assist in HR data quality reviews and reconciliation exercises.

Job Requirement

• Relevant workexperience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, HR Analytics or relateddiscipline will be an advantage.
• Highly Proficient inExcel, Tableau and Python.
• Comfortablehandling sensitive HR data.
