We are hiring an HR Business Partner to join our Singapore team.
As a strategic partner to our Singapore operations, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving our people agenda. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering & Engagement, you will work closely with business leaders to strengthen culture, support organisational growth, and build a positive, high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive organisational change, people development, and process improvements.
- Deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the full lifecycle.
- Support manpower planning, deployment, and talent mobility.
- Provide advisory to people managers on HR policies, compliance, and people practices.
- Strengthen employee engagement, culture, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Drive HR simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead or support assigned HR projects, including integration initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to identify risks and recommend interventions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage conflict, influence stakeholders, and navigate change effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, including exposure in HR Business Partnering.
