Job Description

We are hiring an HR Business Partner to join our Singapore team.

As a strategic partner to our Singapore operations, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving our people agenda. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering & Engagement, you will work closely with business leaders to strengthen culture, support organisational growth, and build a positive, high-performance workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to drive organisational change, people development, and process improvements.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the full lifecycle.
  • Support manpower planning, deployment, and talent mobility.
  • Provide advisory to people managers on HR policies, compliance, and people practices.
  • Strengthen employee engagement, culture, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Drive HR simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead or support assigned HR projects, including integration initiatives.
  • Use HR data and insights to identify risks and recommend interventions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict, influence stakeholders, and navigate change effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including exposure in HR Business Partnering.
