Job Description

Job Purpose

1. Manage administrative functions and ensure efficient back-office operations
2. Achieve department objectives by planning thoroughly, setting operational goals, analyzing administrative data, and making necessary projections
3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. Support the decisionmaking of the Sales Department through accurate evaluation and documentation of counterparties based on financial analysis and other review procedures

Job Duties
1. Handle daily administrative operations, including document control, internal coordination, and maintenance of backoffice processes
2. Analyze administrative and operational data to support departmental planning, goal setting, and performance monitoring
3. Conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessments to evaluate counterparties and support the Sales Department's decisionmaking
4. Provide guidance and training to other staff members as part of the administrative team development

Skills
1. Approximately 9 years of experience in corporate administrative functions
2. Financial analysis and credit risk assessment
3. Drafting and updating internal policies and procedures
4. Working experience in a local bank in Japan
5. Working knowledge of business accounting (Japan)
6. Working knowledge of business law (Japan)
7. CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
8. TOEIC 865 (Dec 2022)
9. EIKEN Grade Pre-1 (English proficiency, Japan)
10. Type I Teaching License in English (High School)
