Manager, Group Risk & Assurance, SGX-Listed Multinational | Singapore HQ

Our client is a well-established SGX-listed multinational with a strong global presence and a diversified portfolio of B2B businesses. They are looking to appoint a Manager, Group Risk & Assurance to join their Singapore headquarters.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Group Risk & Assurance team, partnering closely with business leaders across regional and global operations to strengthen the organisation's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), governance, compliance and business resilience framework.

You will lead enterprise risk assessments, facilitate risk workshops, support the development of risk mitigation strategies, monitor emerging risks, and drive enterprise-wide risk initiatives. The role also involves promoting a strong risk culture, supporting ESG and sustainability-related risk initiatives, enhancing governance processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve risk reporting and decision-making.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will gain broad exposure to strategic projects and contribute to strengthening the Group's overall risk framework.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Risk Advisory, Risk Assurance, Internal Audit or Business Continuity, gained within a large multinational, SGX-listed organisation or Big 4. Candidates from B2B industries, including engineering, industrial, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, electronics or related sectors, are highly encouraged to apply.
