Job Summary

Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, support HR governance and policy management, and enhance performance management frameworks at the group level to foster a consistent, compliant, and high-performing work environment across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive group-wide employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational culture and people strategy to enhance workforce motivation and retention
  • Lead execution of employee engagement surveys by analyzing data, generating insights, and identifying key trends and gaps across regions for targeted improvements
  • Partner with Group HR and country HR teams to develop and implement action plans addressing engagement outcomes and improving employee experience
  • Support rollout of corporate culture initiatives ensuring consistent employee experience across all locations
  • Coordinate and facilitate group-level communication platforms (e.g., town halls, SharePoint, internal tools) to enhance transparency and capture employee voice effectively
  • Develop frameworks for employee wellness, events, and engagement activities enabling local customization within a consistent group structure
  • Support design and implementation of a standardized onboarding framework to ensure consistent and high-quality employee experience across locations
  • Support management of HR governance frameworks at Group level, including administration of systems such as SHARP, CIM, and MSII for ratio monitoring
  • Coordinate review, update, and implementation of Group HR Policies & Procedures ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Prepare monthly GORC submissions including policy proposals, revisions, and summaries of key HR updates and risks
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in policy development by collaborating with functional owners to incorporate operational requirements and drafting clear, compliant policy documentation aligned with best practices
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and communication of policies across the Group
  • Support internal audit exercises by preparing documentation, tracking findings, and coordinating responses and remediation actions
  • Support design and continuous enhancement of Group performance management frameworks and processes to improve goal-setting, performance tracking, and feedback culture
  • Promote adoption of continuous performance management practices such as regular check-ins and data-driven insights
  • Partner with Group HR and local L&D teams to strengthen leadership capability in performance management
  • Monitor implementation of performance processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization

Required competencies and certifications

  • Strong understanding of HR governance, policies, and compliance frameworks essential for effective policy management and audit support
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives and data analysis to drive actionable insights and improve workforce engagement
  • Ability to draft clear and structured HR policies and documentation to ensure compliance and operational clarity
  • Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools to support governance and performance management processes
  • Solid project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities to lead cross-regional initiatives and communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to HR data and governance challenges
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions ensuring alignment and consistent implementation
  • Attention to detail with a strong governance mindset to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently to deliver outcomes with ownership
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to regional or group-level initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
