Purpose & Scope
The role is under Group CEO Office, responsible for long-term strategy planning and development at the Group, provide implementation oversight to senior leaders, and support matters under the senior leadership group. In addition, the function is responsible to provide effective governance to Sembcorp's investment and divestment activities, involving strategic, operational, and administrative support to ensure the committee's efficient functioning, effective governance, and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. It provides middle and back-office support to activities driven by businesses and corporate functional groups, from investment and growth projects, divestments, project and business reviews, to business-as-usual activities covering financials and non-financials matters.
