To provide frontline support in handling medical-related enquiries, perform triage based on standard procedures, and issue Guarantee Letters in accordance with policy and provider agreements.
- Respond to customer and provider queries related to medical claims, cashless or preauthorization request, and coverage eligibility.
- Perform triage assessments based on SOPs and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Prepare and process cashless request after verification of policy benefits and provider arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service to insured members
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or TPA.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing healthcare role.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with letter of guarantee issuance workflows and healthcare provider interactions
