How You'll Make an Impact:
1. Recruitment Performance
- Take ownership of enrolment targets across graduate programmes, driving results with precision and accountability at every stage of the recruitment funnel.
- Elevate conversion rates, from lead to application, and application to enrolment, through continuous optimisation and data-informed decision-making.
- Leverage on analytics tools to monitor performance in real time, delivering insights into outcomes.
2. Outreach Impact
- Execute a defined number of high-conversion outreach events per quarter, with post-event ROI analysis.
- Generate a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads through data-driven campaigns and targeted messaging.
- Maintain a performance calendar of outreach activities with measurable engagement and conversion metrics.
- Ensure seamless execution of recruitment, outreach events and campaigns through effective logistical and administrative support.
3. Corporate Engagement
- Partner with local and international Business Development teams to promote stackable pathways and drive sponsored enrolments.
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with HR and L&D teams to support workforce development and long-term talent pipelines.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Align recruitment messaging and strategy across Programme Chiefs, Marketing, Admissions, and Business Development.
- Provide market intelligence to inform programme positioning and new offerings.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional performance reviews, presenting recruitment insights and actionable plans for continuous improvement.
What Makes you Shine:
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding enrolment or sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong data fluency and hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
