Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical works at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, ensuring all electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on-site

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily electrical work activities

• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and standards

• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other departments

• Maintain proper documentation and reports of work progress

• Ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician Supervisor or similar role

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Relevant electrical certification or license preferred

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in electrical works
