As a Manager, Flight Operations, you will lead the Resource and Compliance teams as well as be responsible for resourcing, licensing and training of pilots. You will function as the point of contact with CAAS for the Flight Operations Department on regulatory and compliance issues. You will be required to organise meetings with respective committees to manage resources and resolves issues as well as oversee Flight Operations Department development projects.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

. Manage pilot recruitment / cadet program as a stable pilot resource

channel for the airline.

. Flight crew & training facilities utilisation and contracts

. Management of long term and short-term Flight Operations projects.

. Change Management facilitator.

. Compliance and Flight Safety management

. Crew training coordination

. Flight Operations budget

. Crisis secretariat

Requirements:

. Minimum Degree in any discipline or equivalent

. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience working in aviation industry /

flight operations related sector with at least 4 to 5 years in managerial

role

. Familiarity with CAAS regulatory and licensing requirement preferred

. Strong leadership and people management skills

. Good analytical and presentation skills

. Experience in developing and implementing business plans and

strategic guidelines

. Project and Resource Management experience preferred
