Manage & supervise a team of technicians responsible for fire protection systems maintenance end to end
Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of fire protection systems which includes Fire Sprinklers, Dry Risers, and Fire Alarm Systems, fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, gas detection systems, CO₂ systems, dry chemical systems
Troubleshoot and rectify technical faults efficiently.
Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists
To be on 24/7 readiness for any emergency calls for Fire Systems related issues.
Attend client meetings and internal briefings, providing updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement initiatives.
To ensure that all works are conducted and completed in accordance with the specified schedule of maintenance.
Basic knowledge of Fire Protection system suppliers Handle procurement of services and materials, and liaise with external contractors when required.
Class 3 driving license
Support additional projects, assignments, and repair work
