Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Summary:

This role supports the organisation's sustainability reporting, financial planning, and CAPEX monitoring across resort-wide projects. It provides analytical insights, facilitates cross-functional coordination, and ensures timely and accurate reporting to support management decision-making. The role also contributes to process improvements and strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support the development of financial projections for resort-wide initiatives
• Liaise with business units to consolidate inputs and ensure alignment of assumptions
• Perform scenario analysis and prepare project P&L and presentation materials for senior management

2. CAPEX Budget Monitoring & Governance

• Monitor CAPEX utilisation and project progress, highlighting key risks or variances to management
• Support enhancements to CAPEX governance, reporting frameworks, and financial controls
• Coordinate with Fixed Assets and Project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

3. Sustainability Reporting

• Support the preparation of sustainability/ESG reports in line with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives, dashboards, and management reporting

4. Cross-Functional Projects

• Provide analytical and project support across various initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate information
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Experience in audit or professional services environment would be advantageous

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with stakeholders across different levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g. Power Query); knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Sustainability or ESG-related knowledge/certification is a plus
