Job Summary:
This role supports the organisation's sustainability reporting, financial planning, and CAPEX monitoring across resort-wide projects. It provides analytical insights, facilitates cross-functional coordination, and ensures timely and accurate reporting to support management decision-making. The role also contributes to process improvements and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the development of financial projections for resort-wide initiatives
- Liaise with business units to consolidate inputs and ensure alignment of assumptions
- Perform scenario analysis and prepare project P&L and presentation materials for senior management
2. CAPEX Budget Monitoring & Governance
- Monitor CAPEX utilisation and project progress, highlighting key risks or variances to management
- Support enhancements to CAPEX governance, reporting frameworks, and financial controls
- Coordinate with Fixed Assets and Project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
3. Sustainability Reporting
- Support the preparation of sustainability/ESG reports in line with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives, dashboards, and management reporting
4. Cross-Functional Projects
- Provide analytical and project support across various initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate information
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience in audit or professional services environment would be advantageous
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with stakeholders across different levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g. Power Query); knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Sustainability or ESG-related knowledge/certification is a plus
