This newly created position offers an ambitious finance professional the opportunity to lead financial operations, drive and spearhead process automation across regional business units.

• Direct end-to-end month-end closing, balance sheet integrity, and operational accounting processes.

• Manage local statutory submissions, tax filings, external audits, and governance frameworks.

• Modernize financial infrastructure by integrating automated reporting templates, analytics platforms, and workflow automation to accelerate close schedules.

• Partner with stakeholders to support regional system migrations, post-merger integration activities, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Strengthen internal controls fameworks to ensure robust governance and financial risk mitigation.

About the manager/team

You will join a dynamic, forward-thinking finance team working directly alongside senior regional leaders who advocate for innovation, professional development, and cross-functional visibility.

Skills and experience required

• Deep expertise in MAS regulatory reporting, IRAS tax requirements, and IFRS insurance accounting frameworks.

• Comprehensive hands-on experience in financial operations, and finance systems such as SUN or Power BI.

• Established background gained within Big 4 audit handling insurance or reinsurance client portfolios, or a commercial insurance broker.

• Proactive mindset with a proven track record of leveraging data analytics and automation tools to optimize workflows and eliminate manual processes.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
