Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a team of 4 finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance and performance management.
Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing for Singapore entities and Saudi subsidiary
Review journal entries and audit schedules, ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records in compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Lead audit process and act as the key liaison with external auditors for Singapore entities and the Saudi subsidiary
Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST filings
Review corporate tax computations of Singapore entities and liaise with external tax agent
Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure proper handling of intercompany transactions
Serve as a key finance business partner to the Saudi subsidiary by delivery financial insights and guidance to support business operations, while ensuring compliance with established SOPS, internal policies and control framework
Prepare and present monthly forecasts and yearly budget for the Saudi subsidiary
Prepare/Support tax computation and transfer pricing documentation for the Saudi subsidiary
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned including government surveys and preparing reports required by management

Key Requirements

Min 6-8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment
Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax
Experience in audit and tax compliance across multiple entities
Experience handling cross-border operations, preferably involving the Middle East
Proficient in MS Excel and Words
Experience in managing a team
Experience in SAP will be advantage
