Business Development:
Act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB)to ensure that the highly critical works are being reviewed to reduce risk to client's and stakeholders
Approval of Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Incident and Analytical Reports
Develop and implement comprehensive Data Centre management practices and compliance protocols that ensure high reliability and efficiency, to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
Implement continuous improvement strategies for operational procedures and disaster response tactics as an organization
Ensure client's sustainability targets are met, and Data centres, ISO and other certificates are obtained and sustained, from the POV of the client's or End User
Review and approve of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Change Management Plan(CMP) for operation functionality and to ensure standardisation between other APAC subsidiaries
Introduction of new opportunities to grow the company profile.
Oversee vendor and contract or relationships, ensuring that all service agreements and expectations are met or exceeded.
Set 3-5 years strategy, road map and/or market entry
Govern portfolio performance (up time availability)
Be the escalation of damage control with the clients or End Users
Support of other APAC subsidiaries for operations, when needed
Financial Stewardship:
Develop and control the operational budget, including forecasts and cost optimizations.
P&L monitoring, revenue monitoring, EBITA, cash flow, DSO, capex/opex allocation and ROI
1U/2D(1-Up/2-Down):
Ensure that the team is aligned from top down
Ensure KPI is established
Ensure that the coverage of 1U/2D is met with no gaps
Maintain the engagement with site team from top down
Directly support the following roles Senior Manager /Manager (one-step down) / Assistant Manager during their term of absence
