Support and lead the implementation of projects and digital applications in the pursuit of digitalizing our platforms. Promote the use of the digital platforms to stakeholders to improve efficiencies, overall user experience and satisfaction as well as increase sales and productivity of users of the platforms.
- Plan and manage projects, ensuring task completion and project deliverables
- Plan and lead meetings on UAT and user requirements
- Monitor and track project timeline and budgets
- Identify and address project risk
- Manage vendors to ensure products and services delivered meet specifications
- Analyse situations and solve problems using known guidelines or policies
- Provide training to Representatives, internal trainers and Business Users
- Analyse and understand data from a holistic perspective, and provide insight based upon the data gathered
- Stay updated on the latest Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning advancements
- Work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
