Job Description

Manager (Development & Maintenance)

As a Manager (Development & Maintenance) (D&M), you will report to our Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.

Job Description:

  • To provide the overall direction, coordination and supervision related to the maintenance of general facilities and development projects for all our Clubhouses.

  • Lead the D&M team to ensure timely execution of maintenance repairs to support the smooth operations of our premises.

  • To provide the overall direction, coordination, and supervision related to the operations and maintenance of building systems.

  • To implement and maintain BMS and sustainable practices to meet the standards set by BCA for SLE Green Mark Certifications.

  • To maintain the buildings, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation projects, and coordinating safety inspections.

  • To manage all M&E terms contractors and suppliers to ensure the quality of work, compliances and completeness of maintenance works are carried out satisfactorily and adequately.

  • Manage and implement preventive maintenance schedule plan to ensure the Club facilities are well-maintained.

  • Prepare annual budgeting, quarterly and monthly reports for Management and Executive Committee.

  • Responsible for budgetary and manages costs effectively for all maintenance works and projects.

  • Able to implement applicable AI solutions, analyse data for insights and introduce smart technology into relevant services.

  • Liaising with all relevant authorities concerned with regards to all D&M matters. Ensure all relevant submission to the authority are in line with project schedule.

  • Ensure all contracts under D&M department are renewed as scheduled.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Building Facilities Management.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Building Automation/Management Systems.

  • Ability to interpret M&E diagrams, drawings, blueprints and schematics.

  • Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint and Outlook
