Manager (Data Centre Project)

Job scope:

• Managing the project from tender to completion
• leading a team (Team size is around 1015 which comprise of Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, Drawing Manager, Drafters, etc.)
• Drawing submission (Check & Oversee)
• Getting material approval (Documentation etc.)
• Manage the Sub Contractor
• Planning & sequencing of work
• Liaise with clients, owners and consultants regarding project requirements and schedules
• Resolve all matters that arises
• Deliver the project on time, with quality and on budget
• Control budget, manage expenses and cashflow.
