Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Manager, Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance to join our team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze security controls, metrics, and key risk indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on cybersecurity risk management and compliance matters.
- Prepare and present risk reports, audit findings, and compliance updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and regulatory changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Participate in the development and implementation of cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI DSS).
- Strong knowledge of security controls, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC).
- Familiarity with Singapore's cybersecurity regulations and data protection laws (e.g., Personal Data Protection Act).
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in leading and managing teams (preferred).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud security and emerging technologies (preferred).
- Strong project management skills (preferred).
