This role supports the definition and implementation of Singtel's lifecycle marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, maximise customer lifetime value and deliver revenue growth within the Consumer Mobile business. The role is accountable for managing the customer base with a focus on retention and uplift strategies through data-driven and AI-enabled approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver seamless, personalised, multi-channel customer experiences.

Consumer Mobile Base Management:
Maximise customer value and achieve revenue and key driver targets, including retention and uplift. Plan and execute targeted lifecycle campaigns, translating customer insights and data into actionable next steps and measurable outcomes to deliver retention and uplift initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify additional value creation opportunities and increase customer engagement.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Design, coordinate and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns using the latest AI-enabled capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Solutions, Customer Service, Analytics & Insights team etc.) to develop targeted campaign strategies. Coordinate campaign timelines, ensure accurate targeting, timely deployment and smooth end-to-end campaign execution including the use of marketing platforms (i.e. Oracle Marketing Cloud)
Data-Led Optimisation & AI Enablement:
Apply a data-led approach to day-to-day campaign management. Collaborate closely with AI & Data Science team to leverage AI-enabled capabilities such as advanced segmentation, predictive modelling, real-time decisioning and personalised content to implement automated engagement flows, improve targeting precision and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track, report and analyse campaign performance against established KPIs. Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to drive continuous optimisation of campaign effectiveness, process and customer communication strategies.
