A mission-driven, Singapore-based organization working closely with public and enterprise stakeholders is looking for a Manager, Curriculum & Learning Design to lead the development of high-quality training and learning content.
*Must have the experience of public sector project.
This role owns the end-to-end curriculum development lifecycle, combining hands-on content creation with the management of external subject-matter experts, consultants, and vendors. The focus is on designing practical, applied learning experiences that translate strategy, policy, and capability goals into real-world impact.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Design and develop curriculum materials such as case studies, teaching slides, simulation exercises, facilitation guides, and digital learning objects
- Lead and project-manage the full curriculum development lifecycle, from scoping and design to production and delivery
- Oversee the creation of online and blended learning content, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles
- Manage and quality-assure outputs from external experts, consultants, and vendors
- Maintain and curate a repository of curriculum and digital learning assets
- Identify emerging capability needs and recommend updates or new content priorities
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for senior stakeholders
[Experience & Profile]
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning, or professional training
- Comfortable working hands-on while also managing outsourced or multi-party content development
- Experience designing or delivering online learning programmes
- Strong analytical and writing skills with native-level English proficiency
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with high attention to detail
- Motivated by purpose-driven work and continuous learning
