Job Description

The Corporate & Strategic Planning (CSP) team supports SGGC's senior management in driving strategic priorities, aligning organisational plans, tracking performance and coordinating key planning and reporting processes.

The Manager will provide planning, coordination, analytical and operational support across CSP's core workstreams, including corporate planning, management reporting, fund-level tracking and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Planning and Coordination
  • Support the facilitation of mid-year and annual strategic reviews and workplan sessions, including through coordinating inputs from teams, tracking progress, following up on outstanding items and preparing materials.
  • Support the setting of annual corporate deliverables and cascading targets across teams. Assist in consolidating and tracking of team workplans and OKRs, progress against corporate deliverables and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare agendas, discussion materials, meeting notes and action trackers.
  • Support logistics, polling and administrative arrangements for CSP-led meetings and engagements.
  • Management and Stakeholder Reporting
  • Support the preparation of materials on fund performance, investment activities, corporate deliverables and strategic initiatives for the Board, management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of Investment Oversight Committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain templates for reporting and planning purposes. Consolidate inputs from internal teams and conduct first-level checks for completeness, consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the team in ensuring that reporting materials are clear, accurate, well-structured and submitted on time.
  • Data, Tracking and Analytical Support
  • Maintain trackers for corporate deliverables, fund KPIs, developmental targets and key initiatives. Monitor progress and flag performance gaps or delays for follow-up.
  • Assist in data collection, validation and organisation for portfolio, fund performance and corporate reporting.
  • Support basic data analysis and visualisations, including charts and dashboards, for management reporting and strategic discussions.
  • Strategic Project Support
  • Provide junior-level support for CSP-led strategic projects and related strategy exercises, including fund strategy and management dashboard workstreams.
  • Assist with research, benchmarking, data gathering and synthesis on fund strategy, deployment trends, sector priorities and developmental outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of working documents, discussion materials and project trackers.
  • Coordinate inputs and follow-ups across relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
