We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our Singapore office. This hybrid role combines corporate securities administration (including RSUs and board resolutions) with local administrative and HR support. The candidate will support the CFO in managing securities-related workflows and report to the local Director for all Singapore office operations and personnel matters.

- Director of Singapore Entity (for local administration and HR support)
Key Responsibilities
- Securities & Governance Support (Reports to CFO)
- Support the execution of board resolutions related to equity issuance, RSU grants, and other corporate actions
- Administer the company’s equity incentive plans (RSUs, options), including grant tracking, vesting schedules, and employee notifications
- Liaise with legal, finance, and external vendors (e.g. transfer agents, brokers) on securities issuance and record maintenance
- Maintain accurate records including cap table updates, plan documentation, and board approvals
- Office Administration & Operations (Reports to Director of Singapore Entity)
- Supervise day-to-day office administration tasks, including vendor management, office supplies, and documentation handling
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for board or executive visits, internal meetings, and other company activities in Singapore
- Assist in expense reporting and help improve administrative workflows in the local office
- Support additional day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of the Singapore entity
- HR Support (Singapore Office) (Reports to Director of Singapore Entity)
- Provide administrative support for HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and document handling
- Help ensure local employment practices are compliant with internal policies and Singapore regulations
- Work with external service providers to support basic payroll and benefits coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or Human Resources
- 5+ years of relevant experience in securities administration, equity plan management, or corporate operations
- Experience with listed company RSU administration or capital markets processes is a plus
- Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and basic HR workflows
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage cross-functional tasks independently
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for communication with regional teams
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
