Manager - Corporate Reporting & Consolidation

Job Responsibilities

Coordinator of all annual audit matters, liaising with the external auditors for the year-end closing to ensure the audit reports for all entities and group level are issued timely and accurately.

Preparation of manual group consolidated financial statements and notes to accounts for Group and company.

Monthly preparation and analysis of the Groups monthly financial and management reports;

Maintain the monthly financial statements for smaller Singapore Groups entities;

Review of financials for SG entities.

Manage corporate tax compliance, including preparation, review and submission of tax returns and computations for Singapore incorporated entities within statutory filing dateline;

Preparation of tax provisions and GST computations;

Support on projects relating to systems roll-out and process improvements;

Manage 1 direct report in India;

Any other ad-hoc assignments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Experience in accounting with a focus on AP/AR/GL functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge in Business Central
• Strong analytical skill and high attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong interest in learning
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage ad-hoc tasks as required
• Able to work independently and proactively to resolve problems within established parameters
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams
