Job Description
- Conduct regular market and industry research including peer performance analysis, earning highlights and performance theses.
- Monitor market and macro-environment trends, industry landscape and develop business and product theses aligned with strategic priorities.
- Create Board and Investor presentations applying modern design principles and clear executive communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment, accuracy and understanding levers in operational KPI - building insightful dashboards and reports.
- Support analysis of operational KPIs and conduct market benchmarking to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare regular Earnings Digest and Market Intelligence Briefs for leadership.
- Serve as the bridge between external market and macro-environment intelligence and internal business planning teams.
- Identify trends and patterns in data and translate them into compelling business storytelling.
- Champion research excellence and ensure the Finance team stays ahead of market and competitive developments.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Top Tier Investment Banking (JP Morgan, MS, GS) or Consulting (MBB).
- Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset to connect data, insights and business direction.
- Proven record of strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills with a strong aesthetic sense for clean and modern presentation design.
- Excellent communication and business writing abilities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools will be a strong plus.
